Mycelium Dreams is the continual intertwining of microtonal sonic intervals based on the Fibonacci series and its mathematical relationship to mycelium networks. The sounds of Mycelium Dreams are created by Biosonic tuning forks and a special sine wave generator. They are recorded using special mathematically sequenced panning patterns and sound dynamics that emulate the mycelium networks of psilocybin mushrooms.

Ideally Mycelium Dreams is played on stereo speakers at or near subliminal volume. It is recommended that you continually play it, i.e., put it on repeat and play it in the background for whole days at a time. The larger the space between your stereo speakers, the better. The more unaware you are of the sound the better. The pulsation of your speakers sends out microbursts of air which I call sound microdosing. It is important to understand that your ears and your skin, which hears as well as or better than your ears, will subliminally register the microsounds. This is very effective at a subliminal level because you can do your daily activities and at the same time you will be listening and creating new neural networks in a sound healing environment can be maintained 24 hours a day without concern of being distracted from one’s normal activities or sleep patterns. You can raise the volume of Mycelium Dreams and listen at a normal audible level. When you raise the volume, it is suggested that you mindfully listen for 5 to no longer than 30 minutes.

Mycelium Dreams can be used with plant medicine microdosing. What is most important is that you are safe and without fear. Sonic microdosing is safe and without side effects. If you choose to use Mycelium Dreams with plant medicine, it is best to work with a qualified health care provider or guide for best results. Plant medicine is not about getting high.
